Content generated by Social Optics (descriptions, videos, scripts) is created using AI and stock footage. You receive a license to use generated content for your business purposes. Stock footage is sourced from Pexels under their license terms. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing.
For Shopify merchants, billing is handled through Shopify's billing system and added to your Shopify invoice. For direct users, payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party APIs (OpenAI, Pexels, YouTube, etc.) which may experience their own outages. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services.
Social Optics is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app or cancelling your subscription.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
